Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. What ChurnKiller is

ChurnKiller is a software-as-a-service tool that reads your Stripe subscription data to compute churn-risk scores and notify you of high-risk customer events. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account.

3. Stripe Connect

ChurnKiller connects to your Stripe account through Stripe Connect OAuth with read-only access. We use this access solely to read subscription data needed to provide the service. You can disconnect this access at any time from your Stripe dashboard or from ChurnKiller settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ChurnKiller to:

  • Violate any law or third-party rights.
  • Access data belonging to Stripe accounts you do not own or control.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

5. Pricing

ChurnKiller is free during the beta period. Pricing will be announced with at least 30 days notice before any paid tier applies to existing users.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

7. Disclaimer

ChurnKiller is provided "as is." Churn-risk scores and recommendations are heuristic and informational — they are not a substitute for your own judgment as the operator of your business. We make no warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ChurnKiller's aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, during beta, is zero).

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
