1. What we collect

ChurnKiller is a B2B SaaS tool for SaaS founders. We collect two types of data:

  • Account data — your email, full name, and organization name when you sign up.
  • Stripe data of your customers — once you connect Stripe via OAuth, we read subscriptions, invoices, and subscription events. We never read or store full card numbers, CVCs, or any sensitive cardholder data.

2. How we use it

We use your data exclusively to provide the ChurnKiller service: computing churn-risk scores, surfacing actionable recommendations, and sending Slack alerts to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your customers' data with third parties for their own marketing or analytics.

3. Where it lives

Data is stored encrypted at rest on Supabase (PostgreSQL, EU/US regions). Stripe credentials (OAuth access tokens) are additionally encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being persisted.

4. Stripe access

ChurnKiller requests read-only access to your connected Stripe account via Stripe Connect OAuth. We can read customers, subscriptions, invoices, and events. We cannot charge, refund, cancel, or otherwise modify anything in your Stripe account.

5. Slack integration

If you connect Slack, we receive an incoming-webhook URL bound to the channel you select. We only use this to post alerts. We do not read your Slack messages, channels, or users.

6. Your rights

You can disconnect Stripe and Slack at any time from your Settings page. You can delete your account, which removes all associated data within 30 days. For any data request (export, deletion), email killerchurn@gmail.com.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (set by Supabase Auth) to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking, no marketing cookies.

8. Changes

We'll update this page if anything material changes and notify active users by email.
